We’re obsessed with the creative & commercial possibilities of stickers, enabling anyone to personalize the things they love & use every day. We’re reimagining this loved global product category with our exceptional creative team, alongside iconic licensing partners – from Andy Warhol to Snoopy.

About the Operations & Finance Lead Opportunity

As an early employee, our Operations & Finance Lead will help shape the future of our business, refining our core processes & workflows driven by data.

What you’ll do:

• Own Operations Strategy: define & execute a roadmap to help us scale efficiently — alongside our CEO and Head of Product.
• Refine Core Operational Processes: including fulfillment, quality assurance, compliance, inventory management, with a focus on timely & accurate delivery, cost savings efficiency, and an A+ customer experience — alongside Fulfillment Lead & Head of Product.
• Lead Finance Functions: including accounting, budgeting, quarterly royalty payments, insurance, payroll & benefits, and tax payments.
• Improve Unit Economics & Working Capital Flywheels: exploring inventory turns, economies of scale, payment terms, financing, and more.
• Vendor & Partner Management: work with our Sales & Fulfillment teams to onboard new retail partners, with an eye towards long-term commercial & operational success.
• Drive Data-Driven Decisions: Refine & monitor key metrics in sales & operations, analyze data, and identify bottlenecks.
• Build & Lead a Team: As we grow, help recruit, hire, and develop high-performing operations & finance teams (in-house & external).
